Overview
This Filto User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and FiltoAuto that regulates your use of the Filto application (the “App”). By accessing, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the App.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
· “App” refers to the Filto application developed, owned, and operated by FiltoAuto.
· “User” or “you” means any individual or entity accessing or using the App.
· “FiltoAuto” refers to the company that develops and provides the App.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (usually 18 years or older) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age criterion. Minors are not permitted to use the App, and any registration or use by minors violates this Agreement.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and be bound by its terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
When creating an account on the App, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You shall be liable for all activities that occur under your account.
In the event of any suspected unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify FiltoAuto at Waqasyasiere@gmail.com. FiltoAuto reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your account, to protect the security of its services.
FiltoAuto grants you a limited, non - exclusive, non - transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non - commercial, and legal purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You are prohibited from:
· Using the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities;
· Reverse - engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App;
· Interfering with the normal operation of the App or its associated services;
· Using the App to transmit spam, viruses, or other harmful code;
· Harvesting or collecting user data without proper authorization.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, in and to the App, its content, and any updates or modifications, are and shall remain the exclusive property of FiltoAuto or its licensors.
You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or perform any of the App’s content without the prior written consent of FiltoAuto.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Filto Privacy Policy, which details how FiltoAuto collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
FiltoAuto implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no data transmission over the Internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
The App may incorporate AI - powered features that generate content. Please note that such AI - generated content may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all purposes.
You acknowledge that any information, advice, or recommendations provided by the AI features of the App do not constitute professional advice. You should independently verify all information before relying on it.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. FiltoAuto does not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or error - free operation of the App.
FiltoAuto expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non - infringement.
FiltoAuto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if FiltoAuto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
FiltoAuto reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be posted within the App or on FiltoAuto’s official website. Your continued use of the App after the modifications are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
FiltoAuto may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or any applicable laws.
You may request to delete your account by contacting FiltoAuto at Waqasyasiere@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your account will be terminated, and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FiltoAuto is headquartered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
